We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with our UX training programs. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of enrollment.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

• The request must be made within 10 days of enrollment.
• The participant must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
• The refund policy applies to full-fee payments only (installment-based enrollments may have different terms)
• No refunds will be provided for students who have received course materials, Books, Online Access, ID Card etc..

Refund Process

• To request a refund, send an email to “info@ovidesign.in” with your full name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
• Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• If We “Ovi Design Academy” cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances like Cyclone, Flood, Rain, Any Natural calamities, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 10-day refund window.
